The exercise was given to design a three floors
bakery. Voids and opening undoubtedly as a very
important aspect to connect all spaces. The
diversity of spatial experience and qualities has
amplified by volume and central staircase,
interconnected with different elements.
Spaces have planned for different seating
experience to improve from a monotonous
purpose.

Ground floor designed from the interpretation of
transforming the public realms; urban park, to a
typical factory shop lot. Whereby customer are
guided to enter a typical shop front, walk pass a
simple structural form retail display, circulated
with boomerang polished concrete counter, to a
pure seating area. It designed without any typical
form of table and chairs; as an experience in urban
park.

The first floor planned to be more vibrant seating
experience, a big circular coffee counter, voids,
and balcony forms different spot; all
interconnected with the central staircase and
bridge, as well as to unite ground and second
floor.

Second floor designed as a typical dining hall,
requested by client to cater different group of
customer.
